Thank you for using SubTracker ("the App"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that information. By using SubTracker, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

SubTracker is designed with privacy in mind. All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. This includes:

• Subscription names, costs, billing cycles, and billing dates
• Subscription categories (e.g., Entertainment, Music, Productivity)
• Payment history records generated by the App
• Your preferred currency setting
• Notification preferences

We do not create user accounts, and we do not require you to provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details to use SubTracker.

2. Data Storage

All subscription data is stored on your device using Apple's local storage frameworks. This data is included in your device's standard iCloud backup if you have iCloud backup enabled on your device. We do not have access to any data stored on your device or in your iCloud backup.

3. In-App Purchases

SubTracker offers optional in-app purchases (such as a Pro subscription). All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple may collect information related to your purchase in accordance with their own privacy practices.

4. Notifications

SubTracker may send you local push notifications to remind you of upcoming subscription renewals. These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve sending any data to external servers. You can manage notification permissions at any time in your device's Settings.

5. Analytics and Crash Reporting

We may use Apple's built-in analytics and crash reporting tools to collect anonymized, aggregated information about App performance and stability. This data does not include any of your personal subscription information and cannot be used to identify you individually. You can opt out of sharing analytics with app developers in your device's Privacy settings under "Analytics & Improvements."

6. Third-Party Services

SubTracker does not integrate with third-party advertising networks, analytics providers, or data brokers. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

7. Children's Privacy

SubTracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.

8. Data Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends on the security of your device. We recommend using a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to help protect your information. Apple's device encryption provides an additional layer of security for data stored on your device.

9. Your Rights

Because SubTracker stores all data locally on your device, you have full control over your data at all times. You can:

• View and edit all your subscription data directly within the App
• Delete any or all of your subscription data at any time from within the App
• Delete the App entirely to remove all locally stored data

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
