Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using SubTracker ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SubTracker, developed and operated by SubTracker ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these terms in full.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality

3. App Store Terms

SubTracker is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your download and use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern solely with respect to your use of the App Store.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

SubTracker offers optional in-app purchases, including a Pro subscription plan that unlocks additional features. The following terms apply to all purchases:

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the App Store and may vary by region.
• Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for in-app purchases at any time with reasonable notice.

5. User Data and Content

All subscription data you enter into SubTracker is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for maintaining appropriate backups of your device. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, deletion of the App, or any other cause.

6. Accuracy of Information

SubTracker is a personal finance management tool intended to help you track and organize your subscriptions. The spending summaries, analytics, and calculations displayed in the App are based solely on the data you manually enter. We do not connect to your bank accounts, credit cards, or any external financial services. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any financial information displayed in the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SubTracker — including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, logos, and code — are the exclusive property of SubTracker and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SubTracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the developer's jurisdiction.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
